Refund Policy – PopHausStudio | Las Vegas Photobooth, 360 Booth & Balloon Décor

PopHausStudio is a licensed and insured Las Vegas photobooth, 360 booth, and balloon décor provider. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and credits work for our event rentals and services.

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which PopHausStudio may issue refunds for services. The information here is provided to be transparent and helpful but does not constitute legal advice. Refund Policy – The Basics
We reserve event dates exclusively for each client and begin prep work well in advance. To protect that time and cost, PopHausStudio uses a non-refundable retainer and a tiered cancellation policy. We aim to be fair and will offer credits or reschedules when possible.

Booking Retainer & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your date. The retainer is applied to your total.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Unpaid balances may be treated as cancellation.

  • Why a retainer? Custom designs and materials (e.g., wood backdrops) require advance prep and purchases.
     

Custom Work & Materials

  • Once you approve designs or once materials are purchased, those costs are non-refundable.

  • Change requests are accepted until 7 days before the event; after that, additional fees may apply and are not refundable.
     

Client Cancellations (Tiered Window)

  • More than 14 days before the event: Retainer is non-refundable. Any additional payments made are refunded, or at your option converted to a 100% credit usable within 12 months (one time, non-transferable).

  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total fee refundable (retainer kept), or credit up to 100% toward a new date within 12 months (one time, non-transferable).

  • 0–6 days before the event: No refund due to lost opportunity to rebook; we will try to reschedule subject to availability (retainer applied).

  • No-shows or access delays caused by the client/venue are treated as a 0–6 day cancellation.
     

Company Cancellations (Our Side)
If PopHausStudio must cancel and cannot provide a qualified replacement, you may choose a full refund (retainer + all amounts paid) or a credit for a future date. We may add a complimentary hour as goodwill.

Service Interruptions / Tech Issues

  • If a material portion of service is lost due to technical issues caused by us, we will provide a pro-rata refund or credit for the affected time.

  • If printing fails but capture continues, we will mail reprints and provide full digital files at no cost.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

Weather, power/internet outages at the venue, or other conditions beyond our control do not qualify for refunds. We will reschedule once at no charge within 12 months, subject to availability.
Client / Venue Responsibilities (Space, Power, Access)
Client ensures access, sufficient space, and reliable power (unless a battery add-on is purchased). Time lost due to venue access, parking, or power issues is not refundable.

Photo/Video Aesthetics
Image “quality” and artistic preferences are subjective and are not grounds for refund.

Timing & Method of Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If a client files a chargeback with their bank, it will be treated as a cancellation under the strictest window above.
