Terms & Conditions – PopHausStudio

Welcome to PopHausStudio, your licensed and insured provider of Las Vegas photobooth rentals, 360 booths, balloon décor, and PopHaus Minis. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.


1. Bookings & Payments

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable once, at PopHausStudio’s discretion.

  • Final payment is due before or on the day of your event.

  • Prices may vary based on Las Vegas event location, setup time, duration, and add-ons (such as balloon décor or custom overlays).
     

2. Services Provided
PopHausStudio offers:

  • 360 photobooth rentals with professional lighting, props, and instant sharing.

  • Photobooth rentals including digital and print experiences.

  • Balloon décor such as organic garlands, Luxe Bows, custom backdrops, and event styling.

  • PopHaus Minis, balloon gift deliveries designed for everyday celebrations.

All services are subject to availability, setup conditions, and venue requirements.

3. Insurance & Liability

  • PopHausStudio is a licensed and insured Nevada event vendor.

  • Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request for venues.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper venue conditions (e.g., unstable surfaces, weather, power outages).

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space, power, and access for setup.
     

4. Media & Content Use

  • Photos and videos captured in our 360 booth or photobooths may be used for promotional purposes on social media, our website, or marketing materials.

  • Clients and guests may opt out by requesting in writing prior to the event.

  • PopHausStudio is not responsible for third-party sharing of media once files or galleries are delivered.
     

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits remain non-refundable.

  • Events may be rescheduled within 6 months of the original date, subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply for rescheduled events during peak Las Vegas event dates.
     

6. Balloon Décor Disclaimer
PopHausStudio creates custom balloon designs that may be inspired by popular characters or themes (e.g., Labubu, Bluey, Disney).

  • These designs are original and custom-made for private events.

  • PopHausStudio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Disney, BBC Studios, Labubu, or any other rights holders.

  • All copyrights and trademarks remain with their respective owners.
     

7. Website & SEO Notice
PopHausStudio’s website may use cookies and analytics to improve the Las Vegas photobooth rental and balloon décor customer experience. By using our website, you consent to these practices.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be handled in Nevada jurisdiction.
